GBA333 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

4.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only

Withdrawals at GBA333 must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your GBA333 account. GBA333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This rule exists to protect members from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Activities that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting game mechanics to meet wagering requirements at negligible risk, coordinated low-risk wagering across accounts, and any form of arbitrage betting using bonus funds — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and possible permanent closure of all associated GBA333 accounts.

6.1 Casino Games

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GBA333 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.

• Registering more than one GBA333 account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using the GBA333 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other non-human means to place bets or interact with GBA333 games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in live dealer or poker games.
